What information do we collect about you?
When you enquire through this website we will receive your email address once your email of enquiry reaches us. We will provide you with the information of the session you have requested.
When you book a session, we will ask you some details in the form of a questionnaire including who you wish to be photographed, ages and gender and the best contact number to reach you.
How will we use the information we collect about you?
At the booking stage we will use the information you have provided to deliver our photography service, and if you explicitly agree by consent, contact you about other sessions that we think may be of interest to you. We will not pass your details to third parties for marketing or promotion purposes. Your images (which under GDPR rules is considered to be data) will only be shared with professional printing studios that we use for the printing of your products and for no other purpose.
Marketing & Promotions
When booking a session we shall ask for your explicit consent to use the images for promotion and marketing of our services through display on our online portfolio, website, social media, magazines and other printed material. This will be on an 'opt in' basis at the time of signing your contract. Choosing to 'opt out' will not affect your session in any way.
Your right to withdraw consent
Our lawful basis for holding your data under the General Data Protection Regulation is through your CONSENT. We are required to hold your data for certain time periods, however if you wish, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, i.e. 'The right to be forgotten'. If you make this request, subject to the conditions laid out within the GDPR rules, we shall delete your data from our records and not contact you again.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information were hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us at email@example.com. We have the right to request a small fee for this service if we consider the information to be excessive or unnecessary.
If we become aware that your personal details have changed we will update our records if it is relevant for us to do so. You have the right to request your details to be updated at any time.
